Host Ship Post-Order FAQ

Q: What do I change my domain name's name servers to?
A: ns1.hostship.com and ns2.hostship.com

Q: When can I upload files?
A: Once the Host Ship name servers have propagated the network. This can take anywhere from just a few minutes to 24 hours.

Q: How do I upload files?
A: We recommend using an FTP program. For Host Name/Address place your domain name. For UserID and Password use what we sent you in your introductory email. Upload your files to the public_html directory.
